In 2025, Cheese Hog Manufacturing proudly celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the creation of the Palazzolo Cheese Hog / GS-1 commercial cheese shredding and grating equipment. This milestone marks not just four decades of innovation, craftsmanship, and service to the foodservice industry but also the enduring legacy of a family business founded by our father, Pete Palazzolo. The Original Palazzolo CHEESE HOG

For 40 years, the Palazzolo Cheese Hog has been engineered to absolutely devour cheese and will continue to do so for many years.
Our machines weigh around 200 pounds (depending on the motor selected) and are completely wrapped in stainless steel for easy cleaning and sanitation. The Cheese Hog can quickly be disassembled, and its removable parts are easy to clean.
Our Cheese Hog Commercial Grade Cheese Grater / Cheese Shredder equipment can easily shred whole blocks of mozzarella, provolone, pecorino romano, cheddar, and many other types of cheese.
